Responsibilities

As a Volunteer Site Moderator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the friendly and welcoming community we love. Here are your main responsibilities:

Be Helpful and Friendly in Discord: Present the proper Keepers of Eniv spirit to our community, offering assistance and fostering a positive atmosphere.
Assist with the Enivi Design Approval Process: Help other players with their Enivi designs, approving them when they're ready.
Manage Prompt Submissions: Accept or reject prompt submissions to ensure they meet the requirements.
Review Gallery Submissions: Accept or reject gallery submissions, and then double-check and sometimes correct the amount of Star Shards the player earns for their submission.
Report Issues: Notify an admin about any troubling behavior, rule breaks, or recurring issues with players.
Participate in Staff Meetings and Chats: Attend occasional staff meetings to stay updated on the latest information and developments.
Complete Introduction Training: Attend a quick, 1-hour introduction to how the site works, expectations, etc.

Requirements

To become a Volunteer Site Moderator, you must meet the following requirements:

Keepers of Eniv Account: Must have a registered account on Keepers of Eniv.
Discord Account: Must have a registered Discord account.
Friendly and Communicative: Must be willing to be friendly and communicative with the community.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability: Let us know your availability - time zone, how often you're on Keepers of Eniv, etc. This is volunteer, so we keep things pretty casual, but we do like to know if we need additional hands on board.
Skills and Experience: Prior experience in moderation or community management is a plus, but not required.
Acknowledgment of Policies: Ensure you understand and agree to follow Keepers of Eniv’s guidelines and policies.
