Today's news is filled with some fun new graphics, a development update, some new items, honoring a very special Enivi, and what to expect from the rest of the month.

We're excited to share these updates with you, so let's take a breath of that wonderfully warm air and get into things!

What an achievement! 
We've been handing out Soul Spire Wings like we didn't expect, and we can't wait to see them on some Enivi.
More than that, we're so touched that so many people have come together to donate toward this amazing cause. 

That being said, we're absolutely thrilled to say the first gift to you all - The ARPGs for Pride Celebration Box - is now available in Sophie's Shoppe to claim FOR FREE!
Yes! Even if you did not donate, you get the ARPGs for Pride Celebration Box! This is a community fundraiser, and not everyone is in a position to be able to donate, but we're all in this together, so be sure to grab the first of many reward as we unlock them as our big LGBTQIA+ family!

In other news...

Rainbow Bases and Rainbow Potions

There was a time when Rainbow bases were difficult to create. 
Enivi with a rainbow base would need to create them through multiple layered gradients (over and over and over). 
In honor of Pride Month, we've simplified the process with the introduction of the Rainbow Potion;

The Rainbow Potion can be earned every year in June through our Pride Month Fundraiser, or through crafting the rest of the year (beginning July 2024).
Crafting a Rainbow Potion will still be difficult, but it will allow you to add the premade Rainbow Base to your Enivi (which, yes, is color-shiftable for those of you who might prefer something brighter, darker, or to have the colors in a different order). You can also still hand-make your own Rainbow Base if you'd like, but you're welcome to use the premade one as well. 

Enivi who already have a Rainbow Base can be upgraded to Legendary status by submitting an update with a note that they have the Rainbow Base - no potion required.

But the Rainbow Potion doesn't just stop at bases, you can also apply it to markings and other traits as well! We've taken the time to pre-make a handful of popular markings in the new "Rainbow" color for your ease and have already added them to the Character Creator for your Enivi to enjoy.

For now, the Rainbow Potion is available as part of our Fundraiser for The Trevor Project for a mere $5(USD), which also unlocks all the other traits in the ARPG bundle (What an easy way to get the Soul Spire Wings!!!)

Site Development Update

We're still working harder than a Druaesi druid in spring to bring you a wonderfully updated site!
As you may remember, in May we had a looong meeting with our development team to sort out what would be best for a new site layout that was clean, cozy, mobile friendly, easy to navigate (because let's face it, we're a little messy right now), and feels like our own original site. We discussed what was important for Keepers of Eniv, our community, our expectations, and what we could do to make the game run smoothly in addition to the layout updates.
Yesterday we made some huge steps toward being able to show you what we've done!
The site isn't quite ready yet, but we're setting the date for the next steps while we smooth out the code, squash any bugs, and tie up any loose ends. We're aiming for longevity.

In the meantime, we've started to update some of our other pages with new graphics, like our news post here! As I'm sure you've noticed, we have some cute and cozy graphics for new headers. These will change seasonally and with events.

Don't worry, the Enivi bases won't be getting some crazy new simplified update, though our NPCs are being redone in the style we used for Oathbreakers (thanks for voting!). We haven't forgotten, we're still working on that!

Sale Enivi Feedback

We've been getting some feedback lately that you'd like to see more Enivi for sale.
Speaking as Tony specifically and not for the team on this one, I was honestly a little taken by surprise by this, haha!
I'm always worried that we're going to be pushing too hard and seem like a "pay to win" game, but I also understand the draw of a beautifully made pre-made character. 

That being said, we wanted to let everyone know that now that we're caught up on assets for ARPGs for Pride, we're going to be working on making some very fancy purchasable Enivi. 
Any we put up this month will strictly go toward The Trevor Project's funds. Moving forward after that, they'll fund the site.

It might come as a surprise to many of you, but we do have a guest artist coming in July with an absolutely stunning design for a Vespiri and Ortusi. We'll announce more on this next week so you'll have time to save up funds if you'd like to. The funds will be going to the artist and the designs are absolutely worth saving for.

That being said, we'll also be looking into more guest artists in the future if these are well received, but we never want an artist to feel bad if their work doesn't sell and that's always a risk.
This first artist is a sort of "trial artist" for us, who has been working with us to figure out how we're best going to handle guest artist submissions in the future (you know who you are and if you see this, thank you again for being so kind and patient!)

We can't wait to show you what they've made!

June Summer Updates

It's still early in the human world but it's summer in Eniv!
You know what that means...

The Summer Bug Hunt is on!
Grab your nets and head on over to the foraging game where you can try to catch bugs to collect or craft into rare or legendary traits!
You can also buy a Bug Net from Sophie's Shoppe if you can catch them before they run out of stock. Better hurry, I heard they fly off the shelves (eh? ehh?)

Sophie's summer seed selection has also been updated, so you'll be able to plan and grow your summery crops!
